The official Congress languages will be Galician, Spanish and English: that have this category in Galicia, Galician and Spanish, besides English as language of international communication. The plenary and regular participations of the Congress will be able to appear in any of the three -a simultaneous translation service will be provided in all three languages-, but will be accepted and welcomed further the communications in Basque, Catalan and Portuguese.
Students registered for the Teacher Training Courses of the Facultade de Ciencias da Educación at the Universidade de Santiago de Compostela (Nursery-school Teacher, Primary School Teacher , Music Teacher, Foreign Language Teacher) can apply for one free configuration credit after attending the 32nd IBBY Congress “The Strength of Minorities”.
