Registration

To register as a participant in the Congress, please fill in the form and proceed to payment of the enrolment fee, which may be done by entering your credit card details or by bank transfer. If paying by bank transfer, please send us a copy of the payment slip within 14 days to one of the following e-mail addresses: comisariaibby2010@oepli.org or manuelramos@santyago.es

or by fax to the Agencia Sant Yago (Fax: +34 981 553 112).

After registering and payment, you will automatically receive confirmation of the enrollment and payment. If you do not receive this, please contact the Agencia Sant Yago (manuelramos@santyago.es, Tel: +34 981 599 256).

If you have already registered and wish to make the payment now, you may introduce your details to find your enrolment and make the payment of the current registration fee (choose option card).

If you wish to bring a companion, they may also participate in the social activities of the Congress (exhibitions, excursions, dinners, etc.), without completing the registration form. Click on the option With a companion to select this offer.

From the 1st December 2009 until the 31 May 2010, payments made will benefit from a 10% discount. From 1 June 2010 onwards, the full registration fee will be charged.

IBBY has established eight different categories to determine the price of registration, taking into account the origin of the visitors, thus offering attendees coming from places with less developed economies the possibility to participate with equal conditions. Group I includes the countries belonging to IBBY categories 1, 2, 3 and 4, Group II those countries belonging to categories 5 and 6, and Group III those countries belonging to categories 7 and 8. If you do not find your country in the list or wish to clarify any issue relating to price and enrolment, please do not hesitate to contact the congress organisation. The fee includes access to the following services and provisions: participation in the programmed activities (except the optional activities), refreshments in the breaks, breakfast, receptions, farewell dinner, congress bag, certificate of attendance and entrance to the congress ceremonies.
