Registration

After 30th November of 2009, and until 30th April 2010, there will be offered a 10% discount for the registrations paid in this period. From 1st May on registration will only be possible with the payment of the full conference fee.

IBBY has established eight different categories in order to determine the registration fees, depending on the country of origin. The reduction is intended to gather in Santiago de Compostela people from far countries or with a less-favoured economy. Group I assembles the countries of the IBBY categories 1, 2 3 and 4, Group II assembles the countries of the IBBY categories 5 and 6, and Group III assembles the countries of the IBBY categories 7 and 8. Please, don’t hesitate to contact the organization for clarifying any question related to the fees.

If you want to bring some people to you just for travel, he/she can enjoy the Congress social events as well, even if he/she is no registered as a full participant. Click on the Plus a travelling companion cell for getting that benefit.

Participants fees include coffee breaks, lunches, receptions, farewell dinner, the congress kit and all programme activities (excluding optional activities), certificate of attendance and the congress proceedings.

The congress organization will acknowledge the reception of the registration for the IBBY Congress as soon as there has been given the confirmation of the payment of the conference fee. As we would like to give the maximum guarantees for the security of the payment, we ask you to send to us a copy of the receipt of the transaction (copy of the credit card statement or of the receipt of the bank transfer).
