New registration page

As for mayor comfort of the congressmen, and in order to accelerate the sending of the confirmations of registration and payment, we have redesigned the registration page. If you want to register for the Congress, please note that a 10% discount will be given if registration and the payment of the registration fee has been done before April 30^th, 2010.
